A major part of the container ID detection is being replaced with a newer and more efficient version. The expected improvements are an increase in accuracy and less jitter in the processed videos.

Analytics Cluster will be down for one hour for load balancing testing and stress testing.

Maintenance complete, all services are back online.

We are still working with the heat issues with the analytics cluster. This should not affect the performance of the cluster. However, we are monitoring the situation and we are working diligently to implement a solution with minimal impact to the performance of the analytics cluster.

SiteTrax Analytics engine is being upgraded to a new version. This release is focused on increasing the prediction accuracy.

The backend analytics cluster will go through an upgrade. During this time the analytics cluster will be unavailable for processing.

Impact: SiteTrax.io Analytics Cluster
During this maintenance window, we will be performing software upgrades to improve the performance of the SiteTrax.io Analytics Cluster. The SiteTrax.io Analytics Cluster will be down during this time; however, we only expect it to be impacted for about 15 to 20 minutes. The 1 hour window has been allocated to ensure that everything is running smoothly after the software upgrade.
